Stewed variegated scallops

They come from the Arousa estuary, where they are farmed using sustainable methods.

It is a bivalve mollusc from the Pectinidae family.

They undergo a purification process in order to remove sand and their hepatopáncreas is removed.

Following an exhaustive cleaning process we only package the most meaty parts and they are accompanied by a traditional Galician sauce.
